Shipping Policy

Ⅰ. Shipping Policy Overview

Please review the following shipping policy before placing an order to ensure a clear understanding of our process.

This policy applies to orders within Australia.

Ⅱ. Scope of Service

We currently offer shipping within Australia, including but not limited to:

  • All states and territories of Australia

  • Metropolitan areas and most regions

Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or remote postal code regions) may not be serviced or may require further confirmation.

If you're unsure whether your address is within our service area, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Ⅲ. Shipping Fees and Pricing

  • Orders totaling 137.40 AUD or more: Free shipping

  • Orders below 137.40 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 8.56 AUD

All product prices include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning all fees are included in the price, and no additional payments are required upon delivery.

Ⅳ. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following day.

    • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will automatically be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after processing.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery is expected within 6-14 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and transportation conditions.

  • Shipping Carriers:

    • We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for shipping, all of which provide full tracking.

    • If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Ⅴ. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

  • The carrier's name

  • Tracking link

You can track the status of your shipment and the estimated delivery date at any time using the provided tracking link.

Ⅵ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

If you find any of the following issues, please take clear photos and contact our customer support team within 48 hours:

  • Lost or incorrectly delivered packages

  • Severely damaged packaging

  • Damaged or defective items

After review, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for any return or additional charges due to incorrect shipping details or contact information provided.

Ⅶ. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can request changes to your shipping information or cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it by contacting customer support.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
