Sales Tax and DDP Delivery Policy

Ⅰ. Pricing and Components

The platform uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) mode, where all applicable taxes and fees are calculated and included in the price at the time of purchase.

The final amount due is the total confirmed on the checkout page, with no additional payment required upon receipt of the goods.

Ⅱ. Pricing Transparency

At checkout, your order details will show the following components:

  • Product price

  • Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs duties and import fees

  • Clearance fees

The exact breakdown of costs may vary depending on the order details and shipping address.

Ⅲ. Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Information

According to Australian law, orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).

GST is included in the product price or total amount at checkout.

If tax regulations or consumption tax rates change, the way the price is displayed will be adjusted accordingly.

Customers are not required to separately declare the GST amount that has been charged or included by the platform.

Ⅳ. DDP Delivery

All orders are shipped under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode, meaning all customs duties and taxes are paid before the goods reach Australia.

No additional customs clearance or payments are required by the customer.

Shipping is handled by DHL, FedEx, and UPS, all of which offer full tracking capabilities.

In case of address errors, delivery failures, or customs inspections, customer support will assist promptly.

Ⅴ. Shipping, Fees, and Timelines

  • Order Processing Time:
    • Orders paid by 6:00 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following day.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be automatically processed on the next business day.
  • Expected Delivery Time: Expected delivery time is between 6-14 business days, with remote areas possibly requiring additional time.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Orders over or equal to 137.40 AUD: Free shipping.

    • Orders under 137.40 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 8.56 AUD.

Additional charges arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

Ⅵ. Customs Documents

Each shipment is accompanied by a commercial invoice and necessary customs clearance documents, including:

  • Commercial invoice (electronic or paper copy)

  • Import or transportation-related declarations

  • Labels or information required by the destination market

Ⅶ. Invoice and Settlement Information

At checkout or after order completion, customers can review:

  • Total order amount

  • Displayed taxes and shipping fees

The platform will issue electronic invoices for after-sales inquiries, returns, or personal reference.

Orders can be shipped to some Australian islands or remote areas, depending on logistics availability.
