All prices include applicable Australian VAT and duties.

We operate under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping policy, meaning all fees are included in the price, and no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Any import fees, shipping costs, or additional charges will be clearly indicated on the order page.

Ⅶ. Orders and Payments

Once payment is completed, your order will be processed and shipped.

Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.

Payments are processed securely using encryption technology to mitigate risks.

In reasonable circumstances, such as suspected errors or unusual activity, we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but returns may be requested after delivery.

Refunds will be submitted to the bank within 3 business days and may take 10–15 business days to reflect in your account.
